We offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Just initiate your return online and either drop off your item(s) at a nearby return location or mail them back to us.

At checkout, you can opt to pay $1 for totally free returns and exchanges—or choose to pay a $5 return fee later if needed.

We partner with Happy Returns, making it simple to drop your return at a convenient Return Bar near you, any post office, or participating locations affiliated with our shipping carriers.

International Returns

To our magical customers across the realms: we’re honored to ship to you! Because of international shipping costs, returns from outside the U.S. carry a small fee:

✧ $20 USD for a refund to your original payment method
✧ $10 USD if you choose Store Credit

Drop-offs can be made at your local post office or participating shipping partner locations.

✨ At this time, we do not offer exchanges for international orders.
✨ Returns are currently available in: Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Australia, and New Zealand.

Terms & Conditions

Please review the following return guidelines before sending anything back:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original condition with all tags, packaging, and hygiene stickers intact.
• Please try on panties and bodysuits over your own underwear for hygiene reasons.
• You may reuse your original mailer—just peel the tape on the second adhesive strip and reseal.
• All returns must be processed through our online system. Unauthorized returns cannot be refunded.
• Sale items are eligible for store credit or exchange only, unless marked FINAL SALE (which are non-returnable).
• We cannot accept returns on hosiery, pasties, body chains, or any item marked FINAL SALE.
• Non-compliant returns will be returned to the sender.
